For most of my 15-year corporate career, I almost never said no to more work.
I started in one function, picked up another, then another. For a long time I was proud of it.
Then I started thinking seriously about what came next, and I got frustrated. Every role at the next level wanted 15 years in one lane. I had the years, just spread across several, and on paper none of it counted.
For too long I kept asking what function I was, what title, which lane I belonged in. The answer never came, because I was looking in the wrong place. What was actually mine was the way I worked, not the roles I'd held. Nobody had ever put those in front of me as one thing.
That's when I stopped trying to find the one job description that fit all of me. For me it meant leaving and building this. Your answer might be staying, a different role, or something neither of us can name yet.

IS THIS ANOTHER PERSONALITY TEST?
No. A personality test tells you who you are in general. This looks at why you do what you do at work, using your own answers from real scenarios.
HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM CAREER COACHING?

I DON'T HAVE 15 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE. WILL THIS STILL WORK FOR ME?

DOES "ALREADY STANDING AT THE DOOR" MEAN I SHOULD QUIT?

DO I NEED TO BE GOOD AT AI TO USE THE PROMPTS?
